Our home was involved in collective sales this year and we started hunting for a replacement unit way before collecting our sales proceed.

We gave our new home requirements to Eve Sho to help us source for our next home.Even though Eve knew that our previous house was being en-bloc, she is not pushy and did not try to up-sell us, she followed closely to the requirements given to her.

Eve helped us with the decoupling and rental of one property and the purchase of another, as our current one was sold en-bloc.
She held our hands through the whole process. She briefed us on what would be happening next in the collective sales exercise. She even arranged for the banker to meet us. The viewing of multiple properties was exhaustive. Before every viewing, Eve would prepare an itinerary and email us a summary of properties viewed afterwards.She even provided emotional support to my wife who found the house hunting process nerve wrecking.

Eve Sho was highly recommended by my sister’s colleague who had engaged her service. At our first meet-up with Eve, we were very impressed at the extent of sharing from her even though we have not exactly made up our minds in engaging an agent or to be direct purchaser.
